It is packed in environmentally friendly 1 liter sized Tetra Pak and is made from 100% certified organic grapes, hand-harvested and cold-fermented with indigenous yeasts (CSW Style). I found this to be more than merely drinkable but straight up gulp-able, possessing the flavors that you would want from this varietal and region. Aged in tanks, with no use of oak, it has bright blackberry fruit, grilled meat, spice, and hints of citrus all framed on a supple palate.
