Taste of TriBeCa! Wild Yeast Rosés...
2:00pm
TO 4:00pm
As part of Taste of TriBeCa, please join us for a special early Saturday afternoon tasting at which we will celebrate our fabulous selection of Rosés. Each spring and summer Chambers Street Wines endeavors to bring you a full roster of superb Rosés -- Rosés that transcend this category of fruity, inoculated (and often acidified) pink wines, slurped down cold in warm weather. We take the Rosé selection process quite seriously and deliver some of the most complex examples of the style. Come by and taste a few of our favorites from the 2012 vintage!

The Unique Whiskies of Brenne
6:00PM
TO 8:00PM
Come meet Brenne producer (and fellow New Yorker), Allison Patel, and try her elegant French Single Malt whisky; Brenne Estate Cask. A double barrel matured, single cask release, single malt made from 100% estate grown barely all hand-crafted at a farm-distillery in Cognac, France. Brenne is distilled twice in an alembic still, starts it's aging in new French Limousin oak barrels and is finished in ex-Cognac casks to produce a silky smooth & creamy dram.
Brenne Estate Cask brings a new profile to the world of Single Malts - much more fruit-forward and very approachable. Come enjoy a free taste! Allison will be signing bottles upon request

We knew that Michael Steinberger, esteemed wine journalist and author, was writing an article about the store, but we had no idea that it would be such a fine 10th birthday present for Chambers Street Wines. Any success we may have is entirely due to you, our customer, and we are deeply grateful for your support. We see the store as a work in progress, and we’re always hoping to improve our selection and service – this, our customers, and a lot of great wine makes it exciting to come to work everyday!
