Wine Food: A Special Tasting and Book Signing with Dana Frank and Andrea Slonecker! Tues. 9/18 from 5-7 pm


Our friend and restauranteur/winemaker Dana Frank recently finished writing the book Wine Food, with wine lover and recipe-writer, Andrea Slonecker. We're very happy to be hosting a book signing and wine tasting with Dana and Andrea next Tuesday from 5pm-7pm! It's an incredibly inspiring book for any wine lover or aspiring chef, taking the reader through a collection of over 75 colorful, tantalizing recipes, organized by the wines the recipes would pair with. A unique take on a "cookbook," with beautiful design and content and countless ideas for your next meal...and bottle!

If you can't join us at Chambers Street next Tuesday, feel free to order the book, or a bottle of the limited "Food Wine:" a fresh and fruity blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay made at Bow & Arrow Winery from organically farmed vineyards in Willamette Valley. 

For the tasting, we will of course have Dana and Andrea's 'Food Wine' open, and will also select a fun lineup of wines that are mentioned in the book.

A blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir, from two organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley. As Dana and Andrea write, "it represents our favorite type of everyday wine: fresh and fruity, easy drinking, and friendly with typical week-night fare. We made it at Bow & Arrow with the help of Scott, and Tom Monroe of Division Winemaking Co."
