We invite you to join us at Racines NY as Chef Renaud Marcille from Racines (8 Passage des Panoramas, Paris) and Chef Alexandre Navarro from Racines 2 (39 Rue de l'Arbre Sec, Paris) join together with Chef Frédéric Duca from Racines NY, bringing Paris to 94 Chambers Street for one memorable culinary evening!
The eight-course menu will cost $115, (not Including tax and gratuity), and features two dishes from each chef and two desserts on which the three chefs collaborated. Leading the kitchen will be Racines NY Executive Chef Frédéric Duca, a native of Marseilles who has worked with renowned chefs including three-Michelin-starred Gerald Passedat (of Le Petit Nice in Marseilles) and two-Michelin-star chef Hélène Darroze (of Hélène Darroze in Paris). Chef Duca received his first Michelin star while working at L’Instant d’Or in Paris in 2013, and was voted “Best Chef of the Year 2013” by the Pudlowski Guide.
Joining Chef Duca will be Executive Chef Renaud Marcille of Racines in Paris and Chef Alexandre Navarro, Chef de Cuisine at Racines 2. Chef Marcille is the longest-running member of the Racines family as he previously served as the Chef de Cuisine for two years. Prior to working at Racines, Chef Marcille spent three years at Le Meurice, and four years as a sous-chef at Lucas Carton, formerly known as Senderens. Chef Navarro, the Chef de Cuisine at Racines 2. His previous experience includes working as a sous-chef at Le Pré Catelan under the three-Michelin-starred Frederic Anton. He also spent three years with Philippe Labbé at the Shangri-la in Paris, both highly regarded in French Gastronomy.

The Racines wine list is recognized as one of the finest and most interesting in New York and features a large selection of natural and organic/biodynamic wines.
