Our inaugural Wine Lab with Jon Bonné was a great success! Thanks to all of you who attended for your punctuality, enthusiasm, and feedback. We look forward to seeing you again on Thursday, August 13th, for Wine Lab Session 2 — Jura.

It is rare to witness a wine region spark the imagination, catch fire, and continue to burn like the Jura has. A decade ago, running into the odd bottle of Vin Jaune, Vin de Paille, or Poulsard on a wine list or well-traveled friend's dinner table was an insider's treat. Jon Bonné has recently conducted extensive research and visits in the region, in preparation for his upcoming book, The New French Wine. He is very excited to share what he has learned and pour wines from Domaine des Marnes Blanches, Domaine de la Loue, Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot, and more.
