“I want to live my life taking the risk, all the time, that I don’t know anything like enough yet, that I’m always hungrily operating on the margins of a potentially great harvest.” – Christopher Hitchens

New Champagne 3-Packs

This past July, we offered a bit of an exploration of Champagne through 3-Packs, organized by sub-regions, in an effort to render one of France’s largest appellations more approachable. The response was overwhelmingly positive and we’re delighted to write of the return of Chambers Street Wines’ Champagne 3-Packs, in their new forms. On this occasion, instead of focusing on the stylistic similarities of Champagnes from the same sub-region, we’ll look at the differences of Champagnes grown from the same cultivar (i.e. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Meunier), but purposely sourced from different Champagne sub-regions (pictured below).

It should be noted that the depth and the range of our current Champagne selection is result of the efforts of many people. In particular, credit should be given to my colleague, John McIlwain, and to our predecessor, Sophie Barrett. We are proud to offer this collection of curated and specially priced, Chambers Street Champagne 3-Packs!
