Raventós' de Nit rosé was the first wine to fall under the new Conca del Riu Anoia designation, created in an effort to prioritize biodynamic farming, estate fruit, lengthier élevage, and indigenous varieties. The 2011 vintage is bright and chiseled, with pert aromas of pink lemonade and tart cranberry preceding a spry palate of strawberry seeds, lemon zest, clementines, and raspberry.
