This Blaufränkisch rosé from Austria is just the thing for thirst-quenching warm weather drinking. It's a great crowd-pleaser, as it is neither lean and acidic nor fruity and alcoholic. It's clean and delicately fragrant, with subtle blueberry and papaya fruit. Light on its feet and very pure, it goes down easily and disappears quickly, a great match for spicy pulled pork or summer pasta dishes.
