Finot Freres 2022 Vin de France Tracteur Blanc

The blend changes every year for Thomas Finot's unique and refreshing Tractor Blanc - in 2022 it's 60 % Jacquère, 20% Verdesse and 20% Chardonnay. This is a delightful everyday wine, featuring lovely aromas of green apple, quince, melon, almond, hay and brown spice. The palate is ripe but balanced, crystalline, mineral and lively with bright acidity, showing flavors of pear,  almond, citrus and stone,  with just a hint of roundness from the Chardonnay and finishing with earth and intiguing white fruits, showing the Verdesse.  Serve happily by itself or with fish in sauce, roast chicken, salads and mild cheeses. This is a lovely Muscadet of the Mountains!
