Finot, Thomas 2022 Vin de France Pet Nat (Jacquere, Verdesse)

This is an exciting new wine from Thomas, a pet-nat made up of about 60% Jacquere, 20% Verdesse and 20% Chardonnay. It's lively and fresh with aromas of wildflowers and subtle orchard fruit. It gives the sense of gliding through a spring meadow, with some fresh cut grass and morning dew. The finish is crisp and clean, with subtle lemon zest bitterness and a touch of pear.
