Graine Sauvage (Sybil Baldasarre) 2022 Vin de France Leno Dolce Sole

Named after her son Leno, Sybil Baldassarre's  orange wine "Dolce Sole" is a blend of Roussanne, Marsanne and Vermentino that macerated on the skins for one week. Slightly cloudy gold color, with herbal, citrus peel, brown spice, pear and quince aromas. The palate shows ripe white and yellow fruits with brisk acidity, spice, minerals  - dense, intense and well-structured and finishing with firm acidity.
