We'll keep this brief as the wines available today need no introduction! After not having enough to go around last year, we have doubled down and ordered a ton of Ulli Stein's fantastic Rose along with a bit of the sparkling Rosé Secco to cure any and all of your pink drink needs. The 2025 Rose is mainly Pinot Noir with about 20% Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon fermented and aged in stainless steel. It is the perfect summer wine, full of beautiful ripe strawberries with a bright, refreshing, salty finish. The 2025 Rosé Secco (also known as Rosecco) is bubbly and joyous with incredible lift and verve.
