Fevre, Nathalie et Gilles 2023 Chablis 1er Cru Vaulorent

The Fèvre family traces their roots in Chablis back to 1745. In 1923 Marcel Fèvre helped establish the cooperative La Chabliesienne and proceeded to give all their fruit for 80 years. In 2003 Gilles and Nathalie pivoted towards bottling their own wine for the first time and opened their state-of-the-art winery the following year. At the time Gilles also began converting all farming to organic and today has implemented biodynamics as well. Their AOC Chablis Parcel is just northeast of the Grand Cru vineyards. Today, Nathalie and Gilles daughter Julie represents the 5th generation, working alongside her parents and has said,” The family has passed down a heritage, and it’s my responsibility to continue the beautiful story.”
