Vernaccia from limestone and marine soils. While this is definitely a white, a bit of skin contact brings texture and aroma to the wine. Then it spend 6 months in cement and another 6 months in bottle. Honeydew, apple and pear leaning more cider-y and great length from that limestone minerality.
