The Graine Sauvage "Je te jure qu'il est urgent d'etre heureuse" is 100% Roussanne grown on Sybil Baldassarre's high-altitude vineyard on schist soils in Faugères. ("I swear to you that it is urgent to be happy"). Happiness is ensured with this super bright rendition, with pops of citrus, white flowers, cool wet rock sand green tree fruit on a medium bodied frame.
